Our wellness program packages are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You were charged in error or billed twice for the same product.
You were unable to access purchased content due to a technical fault on our end.
You cancel an order before digital delivery has been completed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

Products that have been fully accessed or downloaded.
Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
Services that have been substantially delivered as described.
